Excellent service. On a recent trip our flight home was delayed by 3 hours meaning our airport pickup was put back to 2am. John kept in touch and had a driver waiting for us which was so appreciated after a stressful journey.

A huge thanks to the driver - he not only took us to our stranded car which had a flat battery but very kindly assisted in getting it started via his jump leads so we could continue our journey. I can’t praise Bingham Cabs enough for doing such a good job of taking my dad down to stansted airport last week. My dad is disabled and travelling on his own so Charlie was so helpful in getting him to assisted travel. He went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend. Very good price too!!

Bingham Cabs took us from Stathern to Nottingham bus station with luggage for a very reasonable sum. Only a week before our departure we had to ask to bring the booking forward by about 3 hours as our flights were changed. Despite this meaning a 04.20 pick it, there was no extra charge. The day before we had a reminder text which was reassuring. Pick up was early enough to load luggage and leave on time. Helpful and courteous driver made the beginning of a long journey easy. His helpful chat on the journey meant we avoided going to the wrong terminal at Heathrow. Will use again for sure, thoroughly recommend on our experience.

Bingham Cabs have been excellent.
Due to a serious incident due to Covid, I was left unable to drive for 10 months. Bingham Cabs, from the outset, were extremely helpful in giving quotes for my journey to work. From that point, I was able to book regular work journeys. The team were always polite, punctual and efficient. I appreciated the chats but also the times they knew when to leave me be due to exhaustion from the day. By understanding their business and booking as much in advance as I could, they were able to be flexible when alterations came in my schedule. They could not have been more helpful. A small team who work extremely hard for their customers.

On the evening of 24th September one of Bingham Cabs drivers called Adam went above & beyond when he went to do a pickup near Loughborough at midnight. One of the party wasn’t too well & although it was his last job before going home Adam stayed with them until such time he could drive them safely home nearly 2 hours later. So a huge thank you to Adam.
We have used this cab firm for many years & have always had a really good service from them. Keep up the good work.

Have used Bingham Cabs for several years and have always found them to be prompt, efficient and courteous. We even used them for a coach for my granddaughters wedding and all ran so smoothly. Would have no hesitation in recommending for any event and prices very competitive.

Used Bingham Cabs on numerous occasions but most recently for an airport transfer to and from Heathrow. I can't recommend the firm highly enough. We had out return flight canceled at the last minute which caused us some added stress including worring about our pick up from the Airport. I was relieved when Charlie (driver) text me to say he'd seen my flight had been cancelled and just to let him know what the new plans would be as soon as I knew. We managed to get a flight 6 hrs later and happy to say when we landed at Heathrow Charlie was waiting for us. Thanks to all at Bingham Cabs for a truly professional service from start to finish.
